Thanks for A Richmond Carol!

Dear Mr Nye

I have been meaning to write and thank you for your delightful and witty 'A Richmond Carol'. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and so, like the three ghosts, I want to meet the deadline!

I thought you caught Dickens's style so well. I read out the last column to my mother and sister after supper one evening and they loved it too. This will make its way into my copy of A Christmas Carol for safekeeping.
