Dear Richard

I just had to send a quick email to say 'good on you!' for delivering such a wonderful sermon on the power of praise, as opposed to the weakness of criticism! I certainly hope there is no more of this flinty abuse flying in your direction from now on!

Looking forward to the next edition of The Richmond Magazine – hopefully brimming with letters to the editor valuing the LOCAL glossy.
