Sales Support Administrator (Part-time)

Sheengate Publishing is Surrey’s largest local lifestyle magazine publisher. Established in 1998, we have 11 lifestyle titles covering Surrey, South West London and Berkshire. We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised individual to support a successful sales team. You must have excellent communication skills, be smart and presentable and have a desire to make an impact in the business.

 Reporting directly to the Group Sales Manager, your primary roles will be: 

  • Recruitment of Sales staff
  • Arranging and conducting first-round interviews
  • Induction and initial training for new employees
  • Administration of magazine distribution and invoicing support

Some experience in Sales, HR and/or Recruitment would be an advantage but is not essential. Based in Hampton, Richmond Upon Thames, this is a part-time position for 15-20 hours per week, days and hours to suit. Salary c.£12-£15 per hour.
